I’m Vanessa Arrieta, a Florida former prosecutor and trial attorney, now representing clients in criminal defense and business litigation. I began my career as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, where I was in court constantly handling hearings, motions, and trials with real consequences for real people. That experience now gives my clients a strategic advantage from the very beginning of their case.

As a former prosecutor, I understand how cases are built, how evidence is evaluated, and where cases are most vulnerable. I use that insider perspective to challenge the State’s case early, negotiate from a position of strength when appropriate, and take cases to trial when that’s what it requires.

I also spent years representing individuals through Legal Aid, which shaped how I practice today: clear communication, practical strategy, and respect for what clients are going through. You’ll get straight answers, a realistic plan, and direct access to me, from start to finish.
